Progressive Incline Race Ramps

Progressive Incline Race Ramps are designed specifically for cars with about 3” to 4” of ground clearance. The ramps feature a curved incline surface which increase from 4 degrees to 8 degrees to match the increasing angle of approach as a car climbs the ramps. This design results in a higher ramp platform for a given ramp length. Optional Trailer Ramp Adapters convert the RLL-89-2 incline sections to Race Ramps Trailer Ramps.

The drawings to the right compare the RLL-89-2 Progressive Incline Race Ramps to the constant slope RR-XT-2 and the 2-Stage Incline RLL-87-2 Race Ramps. The profile of typical auto superstore ramps is shown in gray as a point of reference.

Trailer Ramp Adapters convert the incline section of the RLL-89-2 ramps into Trailer Ramps which are 70” long by 6.7” high by 14” wide. This solution is more cost effective than purchasing dedicated Trailer Ramps and requires less space to store and transport. Purchase a set of RLL-89-2 two-stage incline ramps along with a pair of Trailer Ramp Adapters and save $200 or more compared to purchasing dedicated service ramps and trailer ramps.

Value Proposition for Progressive Incline Race Ramps

Value proposition for Progressive Incline Ramps

RLL-89-2

The drawing below demonstrates the advantage offered by the curved top surface of the RLL-89-2 ramp. A 4 degree constant incline ramp (red outline) would be more than 30” longer than the RLL-89-2 ramp in order to provide the same 8” lift. The curved top surface allows the ramp to be much more compact than a conventional ramp with a constant slope. At 120” long, the 4 degree incline ramp would also be very expensive as well as awkward to store and transport.

The RLL-89-2 Progressive Incline Ramps are 89” long by 14” wide with an 8” high platform. The optional RLL-89-2-TA Trailer Ramp Adapter converts the incline section of the ramp into a trailer ramp which is 70” long by 6.7” high.
